# Vicunia > Vicunia is a trust and orchestration layer between the places where change requests appear (user feedback webhooks, error alerts, a web inbox and Telegram messages, with WhatsApp coming later) and the coding agent a developer already uses (Claude Code by default, or any CLI agent). It writes a structured spec, applies per-project rules, asks for approval in chat when needed, then a local runner on the developer's machine implements the change in a git worktree, runs tests, re-checks the rules on the real diff, pushes and opens a GitHub pull request. Vicunia merges when CI is green and the rules allow it, detects the deployment, checks the live URL and notifies the developer and the original requester. Vicunia never writes, hosts or deploys code itself. Key facts: - For: indie hackers and solo developers with several small products who already use a coding agent. - Agents: Claude Code by default; any CLI agent (Codex, Aider and others) through a command template. - Code stays local: a runner CLI executes jobs on the developer's machine; the server only sees status, diff stats and short log excerpts. - Channels: Telegram, email and a web inbox today; WhatsApp is planned for later. Requests and approvals work from chat. - Git host: GitHub (GitHub App). Deploys are detected through GitHub deployment statuses (for example from Vercel), followed by a live URL check. - Safety: rules checked on the spec and on the real diff; protected paths block pushes; public sources always need approval and never auto-merge. - Plans: Free (1 project, 30 requests a month, no auto-merge) and Pro at $39 a month (10 projects, 500 requests a month, auto-merge for small changes from trusted sources). Public requests never auto-merge on any plan. ## Pages - [Home](https://vicunia.si/): What Vicunia does, how it works, safety rules, channels and FAQ - [Guide](https://vicunia.si/guide): Step by step with screenshots: project, GitHub, rules, runner, requests by webhook or chat, approvals, merge, deploy, billing - [Privacy policy](https://vicunia.si/privacy): What the website collects ## Optional - [Full text](https://vicunia.si/llms-full.txt): All marketing content in one plain-text file
